COVID-19 Guidelines
To Our Valued Clients,
We hope that you and your families have stayed healthy and safe during this unprecedented time. Thank you for continuing to support the salon and being patient with our reopening. Here are some of the changes that we will implement moving forward:
Our goal is to reopen in a manner that will best protect everyone’s health and ensure that we are focused on providing the same exceptional hair services you’ve entrusted us with.

CANCELLATION POLICY- We have suspended our previous cancellation policy during this time. Any appointment that is cancelled or no showed within 24 hours for any reason will only be rescheduled after a full 14 day waiting period. At the time of rebooking, there will be a 50% deposit for all services booked. If the appointment is once again cancelled for any reason, there will be no refund on the deposit.
All staff will have the following Personal Protective Equipment on while in the salon:
The salon will be implementing the following precautionary measures to ensure safety:
-CONTINUOUS, RECORDED DETAILED CLEANING/DISINFECTION SCHEDULES-
We are extending appointment times and adding additional hours/days to our schedule to also allow for thorough and cleaning using CDC, DOH and OSHA approved disinfection and cleaning protocols in between each guest, and throughout the salon.
-SOCIAL DISTANCING PRACTICES
We have removed every other stylist station to ensure that we are complying with the CDC guidelines for social distancing. To ensure the comfort and safety of our guests we have created a distance of 6 ft between styling chairs.
-TOUCHLESS THERMAL TEMPERATURE CHECKS
Every stylist will be screened and also have their temperature taken and recorded each day. In addition to this, all employees will be tested routinely for Covid-19 as per NYS guidelines. Any staff member with a temperature reading of 99.0 or higher, and anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms, will not be permitted to enter the salon.
-HAND SANITIZER THROUGHOUT THE SALON
Each stylist’s station will have hand sanitizer available.
-SEALED SANITIZED KITS FOR EACH GUEST (includes, capes, smocks)
Each guest will receive a sealed bag containing the items needed for their services. We ask that you place any items you would otherwise carry (phone, jackets, bags, or other personal items) back in the same bag and reseal it for the duration of your services. At the end of your visit, please place the used salon items in the appropriate labeled bins for disinfection.
REST ASSURED THAT WE ARE DOING EVERYTHING IN OUR POWER TO ENSURE THE SAFEST ENVIRONMENT POSSIBLE FOR OUR GUESTS AND STAFF.

- At this time, there will be no walk-in clients. Only clients with appointments booked in advance will be allowed to enter the salon in order to remain compliant with current mandatory NYS Guidelines. We will be limiting our capacity to no more than 1 guest per stylist. Therefore, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. This includes family members, children and friends.
- We ask that on the day of your appointment, you arrive at least 10 minutes early and wait in your vehicle (or outside). Please call us to let us know you have arrived. We will then confirm that you may enter the salon after proper sanitizing procedures have been completed. We kindly ask that all our guests be mindful of the time constraints we will be working under. We are extending our appointment times to not only comply with the new protocols, but to provide the absolute best hair services. We may not be able accommodate late arrivals.
- Upon entering the salon and throughout the duration of your stay, we are requiring all guests to wear a protective face mask. Should you not have an appropriate face covering, we will be happy to provide one for you. Gloves can also be provided upon request. No food or beverages will be permitted or offered at this time. You will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, with a few basic questions, and sign a waiver before we can begin your services.
